Internship

Internship guidelines

The Internship Must:

  • Be associated with a single organization relevant to your academic or career interests and/or future career goals, with an opportunity to connect learning in the classroom to real-world projects

  • Be comprised of clearly-defined, value-added projects benefiting the organization as well as your own growth and learning

  • Represent a time commitment of minimum 45 hours (equivalent to the hours in a 3-credit class)

  • Be Supervised by a mentor within the host organization

  • Be designed to include a midpoint and end-of-term evaluation

*The internship can be paid, volunteer, or for credit.
