Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of the University Honors curriculum, honor students will able to: 

  1. Complete and communicate independent scholarship that is clearly contextualized in terms of its importance to society and its impact on the field of study.
     
  2. Develop a global perspective and appreciation for diversity
     
  3. Engage in civic involvement and articulate insight in four key areas: 1) relational awareness, 2) civic engagement awareness, 3) civic action and reflection, and 4) civic identity and commitment. 
     
  4. Encourage meaningful relationships between University Honors students and staff, faculty, & peers.
